HiitBoxx is a proven training method that combines sport science with the sweet science of boxing to provide clients with an intense, enjoyable and challenging fitness solution.
By attending the course you will learn how to incorporate high intensity boxing circuits into your client's training programme.
Upon completion of this course you will :

Understand the basic techniques involved in boxing and how to incorporate into a trademark HiitBoxx Workout

Understand how to utilise all boxing and functional equipment into your client's workouts.

Understand the science behind functional training and all HiitBoxx workouts.

Understand the various formats of HIIT training and how to create a circuit depending on your client's objectives.

Understand heart rate zonal training and how to create programmes around them.

Be able to create HiitBoxx workouts for your client's (personal and group).
The course involves classroom instruction on these topics, as well as hands-on small group training for the training methods. These group sessions are conducted under low intensity with a focus on improving technique and developing a deep understanding for the mechanics.
Participants' techniques are observed and corrected, and they engage in dialogue concerning effective coaching techniques.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After completing this course and successfully passing the Level 1 Certificate test, participants will be able to:
1) Define the core concepts of a HiitBoxx workout
2) Identify and address the mechanics and techniques involved in boxing
3) Create HIIT circuits in a variety of different formats
4) Utilise boxing and functional training equipment.
